RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


We hope you love your purchase as much as we do. But if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept merchandise for return.
Please note the following requirements: 
  • All returns/exchanges must be received within 21 days of the ship date. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the tags still attached. 
  • Jewelry and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. 
  • All returns/exchanges require a return authorization (RA) number. Please contact us at info@fuggiamo.com, and we will send you a RA form. Be sure to include a printed copy of the form with your return. 
  • Any returns that do not fulfill our requirements can and will be refused. 
As Fuggiamo is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you purchase insurance and delivery confirmation. Return shipping costs are not refundable. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund on the original form of payment and send you a confirmation email.
