SHIPPING

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING through USPS Priority Mail

  • US: Flat Rate of $8 (takes approximately 2-5 business days)
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 (excluding shipping and taxes)
  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).  A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.  Once an order ships, Fuggiamo is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING through USPS 

  • Canada: Flat Rate of $15 (takes approximately 6-10 business days)
  • International: Flat Rate of $30 (takes approximately 2-3 weeks)
  • All international orders are subject to duties, import taxes, and/or additional customs fees upon delivery.  Applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).  A confirmation email will be sent (without tracking as it's unavailable at this time).  Once an order ships, Fuggiamo is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.  For shipping options with tracking, please email info@fuggiamo.com.

Please note that we take great care to minimize our impact on mother nature and use recycled boxes and materials when possible.

RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do.  But if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept merchandise for return.  Please note the following requirements:

  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the ship date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original tags still attached.
  • Jewelry, intimates, and marked down sale items are FINAL sale and not eligible for return.  
  • All returns require a return authorization (RA) number.  Please contact us at info@fuggiamo.com for an RA form.  Be sure to include a printed copy of the form with your return.  
  • Any returns that do not fulfill the listed requirements can and will be refused. 

As Fuggiamo is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you purchase insurance and delivery confirmation.  Return shipping costs are not refundable.  Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund on the original form of payment and send a confirmation email.  As many of our items are one of a kind and/or limited in quantity, we cannot offer exchanges at this time.

From time to time, we offer special promotional offers to mailing list subscribers and social media followers.  Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.
