A Conversation With: Catzorange

An ongoing series of conversations to explore a dialogue on inspiration, passion, community, travel, and life in general. Intuitive and free are adjectives not often associated with fashion, but they're apt descriptors of our newest addition to the shop, Catzorange.  Recently, Coco and Johnny Mannix, the married couple behind the brand, founded their line of gorgeous, woven bags.  Handbags reflective of lives guided by gut feeling as much as mindfulness, self-expression, and a need to simply create.   Meet the charming duo below. A Conversation With: Cindy Zell

An ongoing series of conversations with friends, collaborators, and creatives to explore a dialogue on inspiration, passion, community, travel, and life in general.  You may recognize the beautiful artwork of Cindy Zell from our last editorial, Collection.  Cindy is the designer behind the line of wall hangings, Wknd, as well as her eponymous line of large scale, fiber art installations.  We recently sat down with her to learn more about her work and inspiration. Tell us about yourself.  What drew you to fiber arts and most recently, to start creating your stunning hangings? I studied fine art and animation at USC.  When I graduated, I went straight into retail display at Anthropologie.  Playing with so many unconventional objects of varying scale (weaving baskets with...
